Our Gulf Property has two quiet, relaxing one-bedroom rentals, while our Stanford Property has spacious two-bedroom rentals in addition to a one-bedroom unit. The Sunrise Perch is our newest location, and is our two bedroom luxury condo with beach views and boat access.

OUR DOG FRIENDLY UNITS At the Stanford Property, Flamingo's Nest has one bedroom and bath. The Pineapple Express and Seaglass Inn each have two bedrooms and two baths.
Everything is meticulously thought out to make your stay convenient and stress free. The outdoor shower is amazing. We wanted for nothing during our stay. Short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Shark teeth and shells to be found as soon as you hit the beach!

Our stay here at the Turtle Cay was wonderful. The place is very nice, clean and quiet and is within walking distance to the beach. Great communication and customer service by the hosts. Easy access with a door code. Snacks and refreshments were provided - how thoughtful! The Turtle Cay is exactly as it is depicted in the pictures. There is a nice enclosed patio area along with a grill and outside shower. Beach chairs, towels, a wagon, kayaks and paddle boards were also provided. We would definitely stay here again!

My stay at the Seashell Shanty was awesome, perfect distance/super close to beach. Very accommodating with everything you could/would need. Super clean and updated/modern renovated. Heather is so kind and super sweet and really appreciated her!!
There are a number of great places to eat while in and around the Englewood, Florida area. Enjoy the fresh local seafood, the comfort foods, and of course the bars. Some of the local favorites include Farlow's on the Water, Landy's Restaurant, Sandbar Tiki & Grille, and more great places to eat and enjoy.
Enjoy all the great activities that the Manzanita Key has to offer, you won't be bored. Check out the clear water and the white sandy beaches of Englewood Beach. Then bring the whole family and enjoy a picnic at Indian Mound Park, where there are lots of open grassy areas for outdoor games. Then, of course, there is the Peace River Wildlife Center, it is a nonprofit organization that helps rescue hundreds of animals each year.
